As technology continues to widen its reach, music streaming services continue to be a popular form of entertainment. In the last decade, Apple Music has risen to become one of the most popular music streaming services. With the most recent update, Apple Music now includes the ability to check user stats and top artist selections. Here’s how to do exactly that.
First, make sure you have the most updated version of Apple Music. Then, open the app and log into your account. Next, select “For You” at the top corner of the screen, between “Listen Now” and “Browse”. This will bring up a page where you can access your user stats. Here, you can track your listening patterns, saved songs, and recently played artists. It’s also where you can see old and real-time streaming stats.
To view your top artists, select “Top Artists” within the main page. Then, choose the time frame for which you want to view the stats, such as “Last Six Months” or “All Time”. This will generate a list of your most-played artists. You can also view the number of albums and songs listened to by each artist, as well as the amount of hours you spent listening to them.
Lastly, you can also view global and artists stats through the “Apple Music Charts”. It shows the top 25 songs and albums on the streaming service each week.
