Leaked renders have shocked many because they look too good to be true. Another leaked information about the Pixel camera has surfaced online. Google will finally use a new sensor on Pixel smartphones later this year. The leak comes from tipster Max Weinbach, who has maintained a fairly good record around the leak. It is expected that Google will launch the Pixel 6 series in a completely new design. According to a new leak, the camera sensor is also getting an upgrade.

The tipster did not disclose the details of the sensor, but confirmed that Google would eventually drop the Sony IMX363 sensor. The company has been using IMX363 since the launch of Pixel 3. It is a 12.2MP 1.4μm sensor with f / 1.8 aperture. Competitors have gone on to use 108MP sensors on their flagship devices.
