The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE has been at the center of numerous leaks ahead of its anticipated global launch in October. Among the most intriguing details surrounding Samsung’s forthcoming smartphone is its chipset.

Exynos 2400e Chipset Rumors

Previous rumors suggest that the device will be equipped with an Exynos 2400e chipset. The latest benchmark scores from Geekbench support these claims, revealing that the device indeed features what appears to be an underclocked Exynos 2400 SoC.

Geekbench Listing Details

The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE surfaced on Geekbench, showing a slightly underclocked Exynos 2400 SoC. Notably, only the main Cortex-X4 core seems to be underclocked from 3.2 GHz to 3.11 GHz, while the other clusters remain unchanged. As a result, the overall performance difference might not be substantial.

Performance Insights

Despite the noticeable difference in multi-core and single-core scores compared to the original Exynos 2400, this could be attributed to the fact that the tested unit was a pre-production sample.
