The challenges and business opportunities of 6G technology, the world’s first telecommunications network on the moon, and the industrial metaverse – were discussed at the Innovation Day and Competence Fair held at the BME Knowledge Center in Balatonfüred.
The keynote speaker for the two-day event was Thierry Klein, President of Nokia Bell Labs with 9 Nobel Prizes and 8 Turing Prizes. Klein and his colleagues are currently conducting research in 6G and working with NASA to implement the first telecommunications network created on the moon.
